Six Senses Residences

Description

The objective of the Six Senses project is to develop an ultra-luxury waterfront project on West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, covering an area of 700,000 sq. Ft. The development will include 172 ultra-luxury residences, to date, 93% of which have been sold. The residential development will be a branded residence that includes, 131 penthouses, a 60-key hotel along with the branded residence, 32 sky villas, and 9 signature beachfront villas. All housing units will be managed by Six Senses, which will provide residents with privileged access to the Six Senses Hotel’s top-class amenities in addition to the private beach, marina access, and much more. The construction of the project started in 2022, and the estimated date of completion is 2025.
